Mum Coach ACMC, ACMA, BA (Hons)
Mums just wanna have fun!
Dina Cooper coaches mums to clear the areas that get in the way of them simply having fun. It took Dina a few years and some coaching to finally accept that she was a mum and all that goes with the role of being a mum. Accepting that she was a mum and dealing with a few other areas with her own personal coach finally allowed her to begin enjoying mumhood. And now there is NO going back for Dina! She says "don't get me wrong everyday is not perfect and rosy, quite the opposite in fact. Now I'm just dealing with the daily stuff better. This is what frees me up to have more FUN!!"
During 15 successful years in the finance industry Dina discovered her passion for human development. In her desire to actualize her dreams in supporting others to be their best, she transitioned from being a senior accountant at a large Australian bank to a change manager within the bank. She was then poached by an outplacement company to come on board as a full-time coach. Dina went on to formally study coaching and is now a fully qualified and dedicated mum coach.
Coaching has transformed the mum in Dina and she is passionate about sharing this experience with other mums.
As a mum to two gorgeous boys, Dina is passionate about coaching mums on the challenges she and other mums face.
- Finding some time for you
- Re-gaining self-identity in transitioning from a career woman to a stay-at-home or working mum
- Overcoming resentment of conducting everyday tasks e.g. making lunches, cleaning, clearing clothes and toys, doing the dishes, school-run; juggling of multiple commitments and tasks
- Relationship with partner - who is responsible for the kids? Finding time and energy for each other to talk, for intimacy and sex
- Finding a new career that allows you to balance kids and family life
Other areas Dina coaches on include:- gaining social confidence - one on one or in group situations; building self esteem; improving focus to get tasks done; divorce; improving performance in public speaking
