Founder, Deborah Rayfield,  has over 30 years experience in holistic health care and is dynamic in her approach to integrated medicine (combining conventional medicine with alternative, self-help and complementary medicine).

Holistic means promoting the health of mind, spirit and environment as well as the body. It means understanding how lifestyle, mental attitude and overall support affect health. It also recognises the importance of becoming actively engaged in creating your own happiness and health.  At the Fountain Centre, we believe that it is the holistic approach to healthcare that leads to a happier, healthier and longer life. We also believe that everyone should be pro-active and take the opportunity to prevent illness and work towards the creation of optimum health for oneself, our families and ultimately for all within our society.
